Dr. D’Andra Mull serves as Vice President for Student Affairs at the University of Florida, where she is responsible for developing and leading effective student support services and programs. She is dedicated to creating pathways for student success and enhancing the student experience.

Prior to her arrival at the University of Florida, Dr. Mull served as the Associate Vice President for Student Life and Dean of Students at Ohio State. She provided direct leadership, engagement and support of the comprehensive student experience outside the classroom. Her focus and areas of expertise include student support and development, diversity and inclusion initiatives, and graduate programming. Dr. Mull also served on the graduate faculty as an adjunct assistant professor in the School of Educational Policy and Leadership’s Higher Education and Student Affairs Program. She has held student life positions at Kent State, Michigan State, and The Ohio State University.

She is a first-generation college graduate with a Bachelor of Arts in political science and criminal justice studies from Kent State University, a Master of Arts in higher, adult and lifelong education from Michigan State University, and a Ph.D. in educational policy and leadership from The Ohio State University.
