Participants in this experiential and interactive workshop will create either a mask or silhouette. The activity is a representation of the masks you wear every day, how others perceive you, and how you perceive yourself. Through this activity, you may increase your self-awareness/reflection, build resilience, understand the impact of invisible and visible identities on stress and coping, and connect on shared experiences with others.
