Join us for a brief Mindfulness Workshop to help you recenter and de-stress before the end of Summer A. The workshop will be from 2-2:45pm. During the workshop you will be introduced to mindfulness, learn some of the potential benefits of practicing mindfulness and then we will practice belly breathing and guided imagery.
