Finding time to take care of yourself can be challenging when faced with change and uncertainty. We understand the importance of the mind and body working together to give you the tools to be successful. The Counseling and Wellness Center has adjusted support to provide online therapy for students in order to practice social distancing. Students experiencing an urgent mental health need still have access to on-call counselors and overnight/weekend emergency phone-support service remains available.

The Care Team, as part of the Dean of Students Office, continues to provide support from a distance to on-going care-based services as well as help students, faculty/ staff, families, etc. navigate these uncertain times.
