In this session, we invite you to embody compassion internally and externally and to cultivate a space of courage and calmness. Our intention is to expand our comfort zones, get out of our heads, into our bodies, and extend compassion for ourselves and others. Our practices may include: Stretching, Sound and Movement/Reflections, Guided Imagery of a Role Play, etc. Through a supportive group space, we will guide you to connect with your own body and process in a group.
