Come learn how to reduce your self-critical voice and mind by engaging in self-compassion. We will discuss what self-compassion is and is not, discuss ways to practice self-compassion, and guide you through a self-compassion exercise. Our goal is to provide an interactive, genuine, and connective space and dialogue with you!
