Part 1: We will focus on defining and exploring the process of how imposter syndrome plays out in our daily lives. We will also review the factors that may contribute to feeling like an imposter.
Part 2: In this workshop we will look at the different types of imposter syndrome, how it can be influenced by social contexts, and strategies for combating these feelings.
