Do you ever feel like others expect you to be the expert on something, but internally you feel like you have no idea what you are doing? Or when good things happen to you, you find yourself actively negating those experiences? If any of these questions resonated with you, you are not alone!

Come join us in this interactive 2-part online workshop for an open and honest exploration/dialogue of how Imposter Syndrome impacts you.

Part 1: We will focus on defining and exploring the process of how imposter syndrome plays out in our daily lives. We will also review the factors that may contribute to feeling like an imposter.

Part 2: In this workshop we will look at the different types of imposter syndrome, how it can be influenced by social contexts, and strategies for combating these feelings.
