Mindful Moment is designed for students who are interested in exploring meditation and mindfulness. This session is meant to be conversational and experiential. Participants will be able to ask about mindfulness and meditation and if desired, participate in a mindfulness strategy of their choice like belly breathing, walking meditation or guided imagery. Resources for mindfulness will also be discussed.
