Unprecedented, rapidly changing, and complex are common terms in today’s world due to COVID-19. Leading high-preforming groups and teams remotely will become more and more important not only during current circumstances, but also as technology continues to increase. This workshop will highlight best practices for remote leadership, and focus on how student organizations can continue their work effectively.
